We respectfully ask that all patients are brought in on a leash or in a carrying case. If you require a leash or a carrying case then please call in advance to let us know.
Code of conduct
Family Animal Hospital operates under a zero tolerance policy. Any physical or verbal abuse will result in the removal of the client and patient from the premises and they will be prohibited from returning. If your pet has a history of aggressive or dangerous behavior then please inform us before your appointment. We understand that a trip to the veterinarian can be a frightening experience for your pet. Allow us to assist you to ensure a safe environment for everyone involved.
